Celebrating the launch of Tower West’s new show apartments

2160 1442 Boutique London

On September 19th, Boutique London came together with Chelsea Waterfront to open Tower West to an exclusive guestlist of HNW investors, property professionals and social media influencers. Each guest took to the building’s brand-new show apartments eager for a glimpse at the stunning lifestyle on offer.

The landmark residential tower stands glistening on the north bank of the River Thames as part of Hutchison Property Group’s ambitious Chelsea Waterfront development. The project offers discerning buyers a rare opportunity to take in stunning views of the River Thames, thanks to the beautiful architectural designs of renowned architect, Sir Terry Farrell.

On Top of The World

What sets Tower West apart from other luxury developments in London?

Many with knowledge of the development will affirm that the views from this sought-after location are a major selling point in their own right. This was a fact that guests to last week’s event saw demonstrated firsthand. From Farrell’s lavish reception area, they were whisked up into the show apartments via elevator, where they found themselves at the center of a magnificent panorama of the capital city, made all the more spectacular by a blanket of orange hues from the setting sun.

As champagne bottles continued to pop throughout the evening, guests took turns to step out onto the main balcony to witness the undulating pathway of the River Thames, from one of the only vantage points where the City of London and Canary Wharf appear to sit side by side.

Imagine waking up in the master bedroom to see the sunrise hit as far as Guildford in Surrey, then walking across the apartment to enjoy a breakfast overlooking the city?

The Show Apartment

While the sensational views certainly made their mark, the main spectacle was, of course, Tower West’s two show apartments. Guests had the opportunity to take their time exploring each one to admire the meticulous design work of two prestigious design firms, Johnson Naylor and Accouter.

Catering to individual tastes, Johnson Naylor’s design radiated the warmth and comfort of a contemporary high-end country home. On the other hand, Accouter’s approach offered an air of bountiful luxury, with plush fabrics, gilded surfaces and marble features. Visitors were left in awe of the limitless flexibility to mold any one of Tower West’s apartments in line with their personal tastes.

508 Gallery

Amidst the endless flow of sumptuous canapes and cocktails throughout the evening, several guests were caught off guard by tiny glimmers of light around the room, courtesy of 508 Gallery.

Located on nearby King’s Road, 508 Gallery attended the evening’s reception in partnership with Boutique London and had taken this opportunity to showcase their rising star, Jeremy Schrecker. In tune with the distinct character of Tower West, these carefully curated small-scale ambiguous formations perfectly complimented the space, resonating optimism whilst conveying the pure exhilaration of being.

The artworks served as a fitting introduction to the rich cultural scene on Tower West’s doorstep. 508 Gallery is one of several leading contemporary art galleries that residents of Chelsea Waterfront can indulge in at their leisure.

As the evening drew to a close, the team were met with glowing comments from all corners. Clearly life at Chelsea Waterfront resonated with the guests.

“Chelsea Waterfront brings together luxury living with the history of an iconic London landmark. We have achieved this in the heart of Chelsea, one of the most sought-after areas of London, close to the Kings Road and home to many of the capital’s finest shops, bars and restaurants. People buying here do so because they want to live next to the river in a desirable area with world-class amenities on the doorstep.” – Robin Gevell, Chief Marketing Manager for Hutchison
